Mat works for a new Business and Technical Consultancy Oxford Creative Technology Ltd, after working for Solid State Logic for 20 years, originally as design engineer, then for 13 years as Engineering Director.

He has particular skills in areas of business and technical management, design and professional audio and video.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (FIET).

Ros has a portfolio of roles, the main ones being a non-exec Director of the Oxfordshire NHS Primary Care Trust, and Group Finance Director of Depaul International, a charity working with homeless youth and other groups.

She has particular expertise in charity / not-for-profit governance and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA).
